Specific data types collected include: AI workforce configuration, employee role definitions, team assembly data, Forge improvement proposals, approval history, chat transcripts, memory entries, integration configurations, and billing information.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve Atlas Executive and its features • Orchestrate your AI workforce and process delegated tasks • Generate improvement proposals through the Forge self-improvement engine • Personalize your experience and deliver relevant insights • Process transactions and manage subscriptions • Send technical notices, updates, and support messages • Detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized activities • Comply with legal obligations

Your AI workforce data (employee configurations, goals, permissions) is used exclusively to operate your workspace. We do not use your workforce data to train models or improve services for other customers.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data in the following circumstances:

• With your consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing with third-party services through integrations • Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing) • Legal requirements: When required by law, legal process, or governmental request • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Workspace data is isolated using Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring complete data separation between customers.

Data Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Encryption at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3 • Row-Level Security (RLS) policies in PostgreSQL ensuring workspace-level data isolation • Regular security audits and penetration testing • Access controls and authentication requirements for all API endpoints • JWT-based session management with automatic expiration

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with automated backups and disaster recovery procedures.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can delete your account at any time, which will initiate deletion of your personal data within 30 days.

Certain data may be retained longer in anonymized or aggregated form for analytics purposes. Log data is retained for 90 days. Backup data is retained for 30 days after deletion. Workspace data (employee configurations, memory, projects) is deleted within 30 days of account termination.

Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to operate the platform (session management, authentication, CSRF protection). We also use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used and improve performance.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impact platform functionality.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

AI & Data Processing

Atlas Executive uses AI models to power its workforce orchestration, code analysis (Forge), and natural language features (Chat). When you interact with these features:

• Chat conversations are processed by AI models to generate responses • Forge scans analyze your codebase to generate improvement proposals • AI employees execute tasks based on your configuration and permissions • Data processed by AI models is not used to train or improve models for other customers • You can disable AI features at any time through workspace settings

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure your data is processed in accordance with this policy.

Children's Privacy

Atlas Executive is a business-to-business platform intended for professional use and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
