Using Atlas

These terms govern your use of CoreForge Atlas. Use Atlas only if you are authorized to accept them for yourself or the business you represent. You must be at least 18 years old. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.

Accounts and Permissions

Keep account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Connect only accounts you are authorized to use. You control the permissions and workspace access you grant. Report unauthorized access through support and revoke integrations or delegated agent credentials when appropriate.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Atlas unlawfully, interfere with other customers, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code or configure agents to perform prohibited actions. We may restrict access when needed to investigate abuse, protect the service or comply with law.

AI and Automation

Atlas uses model providers and automation to perform configured work. Approval and trust settings vary by workflow; some authorized actions can proceed automatically. Review the permissions, approval settings and outputs appropriate to each task. AI can make errors and external actions already submitted may finish after access is revoked.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to rely on generated content and for reviewing consequential actions. A displayed result is not a warranty that it is correct or suitable for your purpose.

Subscriptions and Refunds

Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually according to the selected plan and seat count until cancelled. Manage payment details and cancellation through Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation normally keeps paid access through the already-paid period and does not delete your account or data.

Monthly charges are generally non-refundable and partial months are not prorated. First-time annual subscribers who request a refund within 14 days of the initial annual charge receive a full refund and the subscription ends. After that period, annual charges are generally non-refundable. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded after verification. Faulty/not-as-described digital products and rights required by applicable law remain exceptions. The Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the request process.

Usage allowances and any separately accepted metered charges are described in the applicable plan. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Fee changes will be communicated before they apply to a subsequent billing period.

Your Content and Generated Work

You retain your rights in the content you supply. You authorize us to process and store it as needed to provide the service and perform your requested work. Generated outputs may be subject to third-party code, content and provider terms; review the output and applicable licenses before publishing or using it. CoreForge Atlas retains its rights in the platform itself.

Availability and Security

Atlas is provided as available and may have interruptions or errors. Security and data-processing controls are described in the Privacy Policy. Specific service levels, certifications, staffing, private routing or enterprise commitments apply only under an arrangement that has actually been provisioned and agreed. Report service or security problems through support; required incident notices follow applicable law.

Account and Data Deletion

Request account or workspace data deletion in Settings → Data & Privacy. This creates a tracked request for operator review rather than immediate erasure. Workspace-wide requests require the owner; individual members can request their personal data. Shared ownership, billing, security and legal retention must be reviewed before completion.

Deleting data and cancelling a subscription are separate operations. The operator records the scope, completion evidence and any required retention decisions. Contact support if you cannot access the request form.

Contact and Changes

For support, billing or terms questions, contact support@coreforgeatlas.com. Enterprise or legal-entity details needed for a separate agreement should be confirmed with the operator. Updated terms will be published with their revision date and material changes communicated before they apply.
