Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoreForge Atlas Executive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use Atlas Executive. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Keeping your account information accurate and up to date • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Managing your workspace and AI workforce configurations

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are for business use and should be associated with a legal entity or authorized representative.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our express written permission • Impersonate any person or entity • Configure AI employees to perform tasks that violate laws or regulations • Use the platform to generate, store, or distribute harmful or deceptive content • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

AI Workforce Disclaimer

Atlas Executive provides an AI-powered workforce orchestration platform. The AI employees are autonomous software agents that operate within the permissions and configurations you specify.

• You are responsible for the actions and outputs of AI employees configured under your account • AI employees operate within the permissions you grant them — all sensitive actions require human approval through the Approval Center • We do not guarantee that AI employees will always make correct decisions or produce error-free work • Forge proposals are generated by automated code analysis and should be reviewed before implementation • Chat conversations use AI models that may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected responses • You should review and verify all AI-generated outputs before acting on them

By using Atlas Executive, you acknowledge that you are responsible for overseeing your AI workforce and that we are not liable for actions taken by AI employees configured under your account.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected during signup.

• Payments are due at the start of each billing period • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law • We may change our fees with 30 days notice • Late payments may result in service suspension • You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription • Enterprise plans may have custom billing terms as specified in your agreement

Intellectual Property

The Atlas Executive platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by CoreForge and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You retain ownership of any data you input into the platform (your workspace data, configurations, content) • We claim no ownership over your workspace data • You grant us a license to process, store, and display your data as necessary to provide our services • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform code without permission • The CoreForge and Atlas Executive names and logos are our trademarks • Forge proposals generated by the platform are provided as suggestions and may be used or modified at your discretion

Service Level & Availability

We strive to provide reliable and available service. However:

• The platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation • Planned maintenance will be communicated via email or in-app notifications • We are not liable for any damages resulting from service unavailability • Enterprise plans may have specific SLAs as defined in your agreement

Data Security & Privacy

We implement security measures to protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy. However:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials • You should implement appropriate access controls within your workspace • We are not liable for data breaches resulting from compromised credentials • Data is backed up regularly, but you should maintain your own backups of critical data • In the event of a security incident, we will notify you within 72 hours

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CoreForge provides the platform "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind • We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not liable for actions taken by AI employees configured under your account • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service • Illegal or fraudulent activity • Non-payment of fees • Request by law enforcement or government agency • Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination unless required to retain it by law.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any legal action related to these terms must be filed within one year after the claim arises.
